It’s Affordable Housing Week in the East Bay!

The East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO) are having a whole series of ribbon-cuttings and other events to salute the growing number of affordable housing projects in the East Bay.

We recently attended the grand opening of Stargell Commons, a new 32-unit affordable housing project near the Alameda Landing shopping center. It’s a partnership between Resources for Community Development and the City of Alameda Housing Authority, and the project was designed by HKIT Architects.

Stargell Commons is the 21st affordable housing project that EBHO has helped develop since its creation in 1984.
