Octavia Court Housing featured in the Architect’s Newspaper

This article in the Architect’s Newspaper describes the positive transformation Hayes Valley has undergone since the 1989 earthquake. Featured is Octavia Court, a 16-unit affordable housing project by Ignition Architecture and Ellipsis A+D.  It was the first 100-percent permanently affordable housing project along Octavia Boulevard to open in 2011.
